About - Kasturba Institute of Technology (Formerly Known as Kasturba Polytechnic for Women), under the Department of Training and Technical Education, is the second Government Institute established exclusively for women in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It was established in the year 1986 to encourage women to effectively contribute to economic development. It was initially set up as a guest Institute in the Meerabai Institute Campus at Maharani Bagh.
The Institute is housed in a plot area of 37,067.95 square meters of land consisting of a spacious Academic Complex, Hostel Block, Residential Complex, playground, and parking area. The green belt around the institution provides a shield against noise and air pollution. Kasturba Institute offers full-time diploma and B. Voc. courses in hi-tech and emerging areas of technology.

1) anchal engg - I have passed from this college....it's to gud..... faculty are very good..... ragging free campus...all teachers are very polite..... maintain good discipline ....and most important thing ...there is well maintain...cleanness...good study environment!!.... the best college for girls...and I have created lots of good memories here.... thanks to all teachers 4 teach us....and ndl r hardworking!

And good for girls. It is a girl's college.
A hostel facility is available and also a canteen facility.
There are many engineering branches like civil engineering, computer science, digital electronics, medical electronics, and fashion design, etc.
It also has a lateral entry in the second year.
We have also b.voc.
The labels are too good and have all the necessary instruments.
And also scholarship facility and very good education.
The placement is low but capable of increasing by time to time
If you are interested please join it was a very safe and secure college for girls.
The civil branch of this collage is not pure it was civil engineering and public health and environmental.
But in diploma only civil matters almost all syllabus are similar to civil engineering only some change in the third year
